A quick and honest take

Great staff made our stay memorable! The King Suite was very clean, and the layout was perfect for our family. Nikki, the manager, went above and beyond to help during peak times. The breakfast was decent but could use improvement on pricing and service. Would consider staying again for overall experience!

The staff was attentive to our needs during our stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was marred by several issues. The pull-out sofa bed had an uncomfortably thin mattress, which left my daughter and I struggling to get a good night's rest. We even called down for bedding multiple times, but the mattress pads provided were barely better than nothing, leaving us feeling quite neglected. Moreover, the cleanliness of the room didn't meet expectations, as we encountered stains on the linens which was disappointing.

The Standard Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious, which was a nice surprise. Plenty of room to spread out. They did offer a clean bathroom, but the linens had some stains, which was a bit off-putting. My son mentioned the pull-out bed was dirty too, and we had to ask for bedding multiple times. Overall, it was okay, but there were a few cleanliness issues that stood out.

During my stay at Holiday Inn, the large, clean King Suite with the sofa bed felt like a home away from home. The indoor pool offered a great space for relaxation, making my stay very enjoyable despite a minor issue with noise.

I utilized the conference room for meetings, and Michael frequently checked on our needs. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wonderful staff member who ensured everything was perfect, adding a personal touch to my stay. The cleanliness of the pool area was a plus, and dining options were satisfying.
